2. About Our Organization

Operational Canine Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization (EIN: 42-2267949) dedicated to K9 emergency medical training and education for working dog handlers and first responders.

3. Educational Purpose Only

All course content, resources, and materials provided by OCF are intended for educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes veterinary medical advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your animal. In an emergency, seek professional veterinary care as quickly as possible.

4. Course Registration and Attendance

By registering for a course, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all course requirements and prerequisites
• Sign the required liability waiver prior to participation
• Adhere to OCF's code of conduct during all training activities

5. Certificates and Continuing Education

Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of course requirements including attendance and submission of a course evaluation. OCF certificates document training completion but do not constitute licensure or certification by any government agency.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including course materials, images, text, and logos, is the property of Operational Canine Foundation or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from OCF.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. OCF is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

8. Donations

Donations made through our Site are processed securely via Zeffy. All donations are considered final and are made voluntarily to support OCF's mission. Contributions may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OCF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or participation in our training programs.
