Our policies for course cancellations, transfers, and refunds.

Course Registration Cancellations

We understand that schedules change. The following cancellation policy applies to all paid course registrations:

More than 14 days before the course

Full refund issued to the original payment method, less any processing fees charged by the payment processor.

7–14 days before the course

50% refund, or the option to transfer your registration to another upcoming course date at no charge.

Less than 7 days before the course

No refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another course date within 12 months, subject to availability.

No-show (failure to attend without notice)

No refund or transfer credit will be issued.

OCF-Initiated Cancellations

If OCF must cancel or postpone a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, registered students will receive:

  • A full refund of course fees, or
  • The option to transfer to an alternate course date at no additional charge

OCF is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by participants in the event of a cancellation or postponement.

Registration Transfers

You may transfer your registration to another qualified individual at any time before the course start date at no charge. Please contact us at info@opk9.org to arrange a transfer.

Donations

All donations made to OCF are voluntary and considered final. As a nonprofit organization, we are generally unable to issue refunds on donations. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund or Transfer

To request a refund or course transfer, please contact us with your name, email address used for registration, course name, and your request:

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
